Welcome to Palmetto Trade Support. By using our website and services, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully.

1. Services

Palmetto Trade Support provides back office and administrative support services, including but not limited to:

  • Bookkeeping and financial reporting

  • Accounts payable and receivable support

  • Payroll processing and coordination

  • Compliance support (licenses, COIs, lien waivers, etc.)

  • Administrative and operational support

All services are performed based on the scope outlined in individual client agreements.

 

2. No Professional or Legal Advice

While we provide financial and administrative support services, Palmetto Trade Support does not provide legal, tax, or investment advice.

Clients are encouraged to consult with licensed professionals such as CPAs, attorneys, or financial advisors for specific guidance.

 

3. Client Responsibilities

Clients agree to:

  • Provide accurate and complete information

  • Respond to requests in a timely manner

  • Approve documents, reports, and transactions as needed

  • Maintain responsibility for final decisions regarding their business

Palmetto Trade Support is not responsible for errors resulting from incomplete or inaccurate information provided by the client.

 

4. Payment Terms

  • All services are billed according to the agreed pricing structure (monthly, hourly, or project-based).

  • Payments are due upon receipt unless otherwise stated in writing.

  • Late payments may result in suspension of services.

Palmetto Trade Support reserves the right to update pricing with prior notice.

 

5. Confidentiality

We take client confidentiality seriously.

All client information, financial data, and business records will be kept confidential and will not be shared with third parties except:

  • as required to perform services

  • with client authorization

  • as required by law

 

6. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Palmetto Trade Support shall not be liable for:

  • indirect or consequential damages

  • loss of profits or business interruption

  • errors resulting from third-party software or services

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the client for services in the preceding 30 days.

 

7. Third-Party Services

We may utilize third-party platforms such as QuickBooks, payroll providers, or document management systems.

Palmetto Trade Support is not responsible for:

  • system outages

  • software errors

  • third-party data breaches

Clients agree to the terms of those third-party providers separately.

 

8. Termination of Services

Either party may terminate services with written notice as outlined in the service agreement.

Upon termination:

  • all outstanding invoices become due immediately

  • access to systems may be revoked

  • final deliverables will be provided upon payment

 

9. Intellectual Property

All materials, templates, and systems developed by Palmetto Trade Support remain our property unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Clients are granted a limited, non-transferable license to use materials for their business purposes only.

 

10. Website Use

By using our website, you agree not to:

  • misuse or attempt to disrupt the site

  • submit false or misleading information

  • copy or distribute content without permission

 

11. Changes to Terms

Palmetto Trade Support reserves the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time.

Updates will be posted on this page with a revised effective date.

 

12. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of South Carolina.
